"I am not one to own a ton of dress up clothes, so when the occassion came for me to get dressed up, Thank GOD, I was able to pull this simple yet stunnnig blouse out of the closet. I felt that I was among the best dressed at the party without even trying. The fit is spot on, and the style is over the top. Now I need at least one more color PLZ.... In the meantime, I will try not to wear this too much..."

"I have worn this blouse to two different weddings in two different states and I have never received more complements. It is simply stunning. I wish Victor would bring it back in more colors. I never write reviews, but this blouse definitely motivated me to write."

"Victor Costa makes real clothes that are cut beautifully and retain the name of fashion. In a day and age of cheap fabric and cheap manufacturing, Mr. Costa has maintained his true design ethic with quality products at a truly great price.
