"Pretty coat and I'll keep it after I take it to the tailor and have that awfull knit ruffle taken off the collar, there was absolutely no reason to tack this on the pretty coat. It didn't need it and it adds nothing to the design.. Also, I will need to have the sleeves shortened. They don't roll up to adjust for an average length arm. All this extra cost to make it wearable and chic, maybe not such a good bargain. However, the material and construction are good."

"My husband I were watching the show and he commented on how nice this coat looked. So I ordered it.
When I tried it on, I was disappointed. I showed him and he agreed, this looked better on TV.
The fur wasn't luxurious as we expected. Crocheted ruffle is what really cheapened the coat. Really, that didn't need to be added.

My friends are always commenting about all of my great coats/jackets, This coat runs true to size and is just perfect. I live in Co. so I can wear fur every day. "I have one of Pamela McCoy's Tisavel coats and it's a dream. The fur on this is no comparison, though I'm sure some would like it. The style just didn't work for me so I sent it back with regrets. I'd prefer something a little more streamlined that is shorter like this and I much prefer the softness and realism of Tisavel - though the $$$ are much better! Looking for something classic that's not too long, but with the fancy collar this just didn't fit the bill."

"I was disappointed with this coat. I did not like the nap running up instead of down, the fabric was very thin, but the inserted ruffle really cheapened the look. It did not match the black of the coat. I can't imagine a coat of quality having such a tacky accessory. The entire coat did not measure up to the other PM coats that I have purchased in the past."

"Perfection. I bought this for my mom for xmas and just got it today. If it were for anyone else, I'd keep it for myself, but since it's for my mom I'm going to give it to her. I have so many of Pam's jackets and coats, but guess what? I want this one too. Is there anything she makes that isn't standout? If so I haven't found it, soon I will need more closets. I don't care. We went out to dinner and everyone wanted to touch my 'real beaver' coat. No one could tell the difference.
I have a Lynx, Mink with Hoot, the beige with hood and this Beaver coat and it is just amazing the reaction I get. Ladies are envious and men wish they could get one for their wives.. THANK YOU PAMELA MCCOY!!"
