"Another great time piece from Invicta.
I get so many people stopping me to look at the Great Timepeice
However the one problem is the white time hands. It would have made it eaiser to read if they went with the red hands"

"The Akula Reserve is my 5th Invicta purchase in less than 3 months...This watch is by far my new GO TO watch if I want to make a statement..You will be AMAZED once you open the box & hold this timepiece...This watch should also be named "Bling City!" The high polish is LEGIT a mirrror... Once u walk outside into the sunlight get ready for some MAJOR compliments as the reflection from this watch is out of control! I was at a red light,with my arm on my window & somebody in the car next to me asked me about my Akula Reserve, it's that shiny! You will not be disappointed with this watch...Dress it up or wear it with nice jeans & a t-shirt, regardless you will be the STAR of the room!"

"This is a flat out gorgeous watch. Its big and yet very comfortable. The high polishing makes this watch look like a mirror; subtle thid aint. But thats the point of this watch. Couple all of this with the great 8040N movement and youve got a winner.
Only tweak I would make is slightly alter the link sizes. I've got about an 81/4 inch wrist. As a result I either have to leavean extra link in and micro adjust all the way in or take link out then knowing that I will have to put link in in summer when wrist expands. Still a great deal on a great watch."

"I own 18 Invictas and I was nervous about buying this watch, but when I received it and put it on I fell in love. I love the brightness of the case and band with the red coloring of the hands and dial. It fits well on my small wrist and is comfortable to wear. You will not be disappointed."

"WOW WHAT AN AWESOME WATCH !!! THE HIGH POLISH FINISH IS INCREDIBLE...THE SUNLIGHT HITS IT AND IT JUST POPS WITH A DIAMOND LIKE BRILLIANCE...I GOT THE RED HANDS AND HOUR MARKERS BECAUSE ITS GOT THAT RACING LOOK TO IT....I ALSO BOUGHT THE SUBAQUA SPECIALTY IN THE HIGH POLISH AND GOT IT WITH BLUE ON THE DIAL BECAUSE IT HAS THAT NAUTICAL LOOK AND PLUS I ALREADY HAD RED ON THE AKULA....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOTH OF THESE WATCHES....THANK YOU INVICTA FOR SUCH AN OUTSTANDING WATCH AND THANK YOU SHOPNBC FOR GETTING US GREAT PRICING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!"

"There is nothing timid about this Akula (or any Akula for that matter). It's big, noticeable, and shiny - very shiny! If you're looking for something demure or understated, this is definitely not the timepiece for you. If, however, you want people to talk about or ask questions about your watch - or even meet a guy or two! - this is the watch for you! It's a great conversation starter.
Did I mention it's shiny?!
Invicta hit the ball outta the park with this one! LOVE it, LOVE it! LOVE It! I opted for the blue hands, but any of the choices are great. This movement - the 8040 N - is my favorite. The shiny black bezel really stands out against the high-mirror polish bracelet and face.
Did I mention it's shiny?!
I give this 5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommend. Love it."

"I've owned every Akula model that has been made and in my opinion this is the best. I've loved this movement since day one when they put it in the Arsenal and Sea Hunter so when it went in this new Akula it was a no brainer. The high polished band is beautiful and the color accents is the topping on the cake. I got red because it has a instrument look. Any other time it would have been blue but the red really rocks. I've sold my other Akulas because I don't really care for the rubber straps and wanted one with a stainless. This one is a keeper and I look forward to wearing it for years to come. Great job Invicta with this awesome watch."
