"I purchased the blue face and the watch arrived on time. I have been wanting a Deep Blue for awhile now. To my extreme dismay, the movement stopped working three weeks after purchase. The second hand would "stick" at the 34 second mark. I called customer service to exchange it and of course my particular Sundiver 2 model was sold out. I checked online prior to calling and noticed a different model number Sundiver 2, not as cool looking but had the same price as the one I purchased. However, when I asked to exchange the watch the rep said she could not because the watch online had a different part number. The rep did say ShopNBC would honor the price if and when they ever had the exact model number in stock which will probably never happen because a new stock will issue a new part number. Overall, seriously disappointed I could not exchange the watch. I did not want a defective movement repaired less than a month into ownership to risk the repair failing six months later. Customer service should be more accommodating for customers that receive defective product and try to find a solution for exchanges other than "there is nothing we can do"."

"Love the look of this watch, with deep blue face nice lume and great overall look. I have narrow wrists and was concerned about the size of the watch. No need for concern, it looks great as the actual face size is smaller than watch. Nice to have the power reserve on the watch. If you don't wear it for a day or two the automatic movement is still working. Good value for the price."

"I couldn't be happier with this watch. Gets lots of compliments. I did find that with the stock metal band it is extremely heavy. The band weighs almost as much as the watch. I ponied up for the rubber band on Deep Blue's website and I love it. In addition to the weight reduction it adjusts better. A must have. ShopNBC's easy six payment plan cements the deal."

"I love the culture of Deep Blue and it is reflected in their watches. They have addressed their niche with outstanding products. This watch features an all brushed stainless steel bracelet and case (no polished finish here, so don't expect bling). Yet it is good looking and really represents the look of a professional dive watch, and not one trying to be a dress watch.
I am so impressed by Deep Blue's products, I now own four, and love them all. As you can tell by my name, I am a golfer and the ProTac 100 on the rubber strap is the quartz brother of this watch and light enough to be worn on the golf course.
I highly recomend this watch in both versions."

"I thought that I would give Deep Blue a try. Their watches are pricey for me because I do not dive. I do swim in the pool occasionally and I do take a dip in the ocean once in a while when I can get there. So, I thought a diving watch with good luminescence would be great. Well, I got all that and a little more. I set the watch date and day complication in spanish. It works great. The lume is bright for a long time after exposure. The price for this Deep Blue is perfect. Unless you do very serious diving, this watch should suffice. Oh, I thinks it looks close enough for me in similarity to the James Bond watch. I plan to buy other colors. I purchased the blue."

"Second Deep Blue on my wrist. I have been wanting a nostalgic timepiece for some time now. The dial and markers are easy to read. The movement is perfect and smooth. The colors compliment one another. Stan the quality of the watch is right on. My next goal is the Divemaster 3000. I just wish they could get the materials to hold for an exhibition case back.

"I challenge you to set this watch down next to any other Deep Blue watch and compare. You will not be able to pick out anything about the Sundiver 1K (version 2) that is at all inferior to any other DB models. I LOVE Deep Blue watches, but am extremely unbiased in my review of their pieces.
The quality of this watch is exceptional. The Day/Date, smoothest bezel, and unreal Lume are all features that make this watch a MUST HAVE. If you are at all debating about picking this watch up, just do it. You will rarely find a Deep Blue at this price point, especially at this quality level. This has become my favorite DB and what a coincidence, I paid significantly less for the SD 1K than my others..."

"This is my second Deep Blue and I have to say JOB WELL DONE!!!! Perfect size watch for all day wear and super tough as I'm a restaurant manager in the kitchen and the sapphire crystal has taken a few hits with no signs of wear. The movement is super smooth and is perfect with the day and date complications. The bracelet and micro adjustments make for a perfect fit and no worries of the clasp giving out. Great bang for buck!!!! The luminosity is second to none and last long even under low light charges."
