"So I received mine just last Friday and I was excited! However when I opened the box, the dial is bigger than I thought. Nonetheless, I decided to keep it, so I got it sized and finally was able to put it on. Wore it for a day and by the end of the day when I tried to take it off it wouldn't come off!! I tried everything possible until I got a dinner knife to slide it between the clasps to pop it open! It seems as if the lock is defective, I've tried it more than 10 times just to sell myself into keeping it but it just won't open by itself, not without a nudge from a dinner knife! I'm still wondering if I should keep it - still contemplating, especially since I already got it sized and, it's sold out AGAIN. Sigh."
