Awful Sagging of Mattress and Back Pain

"My husband and I are in our early 30's and are healthy and in good shape. We purchased this mattress a little more than 3 months ago. It's already beginning to show permanent body indentation marks and we both have terrible back pain from it every night. Needless to say, it took the 90 day warranty period to expire prior to the mattress showing signs of sagging and lack of support. It's not even 4 months old and feels like a mattress that is years old. Would not recommend."

"Thought I was in Heaven when I first received my Serta mattress, best sleep I ever had. After 2 months, a sagging middle started to form, middle became "mushy". I am only 115 lbs so I knew it was not my weight causing the sagging. Unfortunately 30 day warranty had elapsed. Took Serta a month to send me paperwork for claim. Did not know it was going to cost me $35 to get someone to come look at it. Serta advised it could take approx. 8 weeks to receive claim results and let me know if a replacement could be made. Meanwhile, I now am having back pain because of the sagging. I would never buy another mattress online again."

"i didnt think i would enjoy a bed that i didnt lay on first but i was pleasantly suprised at how comfortable the bed is i would recommend this bed to anyone i finally get a good night sleep thank you shop nbc and with the value pay it was very easy"

"Thank God for the 30 day return policy! The mattress was comfortable. On a scale of 1 to 10...I'd give it an 8. The problem was, it was already beginning to show a divot in the middle, and felt very mushy there, after less than 20 days! I'm no expert but, It took at least 2 years for my old mattress to do that. My advice....This is a purchase you need to make in a store, where you can touch and feel. I gotta hand it to the girls on ShopNBC, They did their job well. They made it sound magical. I really wanted it to be all they said it was. When it sounds to good to be true....it usually is."

"My mattress was delivered New Year's Eve. Thought I would be starting out the New Year with a great nights sleep - I was surely mistaken....one of the worst nights I have had in years - it was nothing like it was hyped up to be. Last night was the 4th night and not much different from the first. I will be arranging for a pick up - the 30 day return policy was the best thing about this purchase. A word of advice, don' have your old mattress removed at the time of delivery unless you are 100% sure you are keeping it! I kept my old mattress and I am glad I did. There are alot of products you can buy from shopping networks, but a mattress without first hand knowledge (trying it out first) shouldn't be one of them - I didn't and learned the hard way!"

"Recieved it on Dec 10th 2012, Have had it 1 month now and have had the best sleep we have ever had. I used to wake up every morning with a back ache,and would be very stiff, never felt rested.Since sleeping on this mattress NO back Pain!!No Stiffness!! Well Rested!! My wife would have head aches every morning guess what NO Headaches!!! Just Love It Cant wait to go to bed,And hate to get up"

"I have suffered from both heck and hip pain due to a previous injury. Couldnt get sleep anywhere. I am amazed at this mattres!. I can actually sleep w/o waking up in pain and tossing and turning. Love love love all support and comfort of the pillow top."

"Saw the ad for Serta mattress set. And ordered it at once as it looked so good in your ad.
Mattress arrived as per your date and time all is well. However after useing it for a week I just can't get one nights sleep. It's just too hard and already shows a low spot were I sleep. My old mattress was over 10 years old and much better to sleep on.
Sorry but going to return it and SAP if possible."

"I have been looking for monthes for a new mattress that is just right for my husband and myself. When I saw this one on your shopping network I was a little leary about buying something that I haven't tested out up front, but when you said we could try it for 30 days I knew I had to do it and lo and behold it is great. My husband has stopped complaining about his hips hurting when he gets up after sleeping all night on it and though I haven't been lucky enough to get to sleep on it as yet, that was all I had to hear. He is a very hard man to please but I think we have found the "Perfect Sleeper". Thanks Serta and ShopNBC. I think you have preformed a miracle."

"This mattress is everything they claimed it to be on the presentation. I am very happy with my purchase and I have already told many friends about how comfortable this mattress is. I had recently purchased a Serta twin bed for my downstairs bedroom from one of the warehouse stores and I was pleased with the comfort of a Serta mattress, so when I saw the Perfect Sleeper Exuberant Eurotop Mattress special on SHOPNBC I decided to order it for my king bed upstairs. It is EXTREMELY comfortable and I now sleep through the night!!! Great mattress at a very reasonable price!"

"VERY GOOD MATTRESS, BUT I NEED A BIT SOFTER, NOTHING WRONG, IF YOU LIKE A HARDER MATTRESS, THERE IS A LOT OF FOAM, BUT STILL NOT ENOUGH FOR US WITHOUT ADDING A FOAM MATTRESS TOPPER, ABOUT 4 1/2 IN. "i bought my first desktop from you guys, loved it. we had been wanting to get a new mattress for awhile but im on the road all week and she hates to shop i know go figure im such a lucky guy. walked into the room she was channel surfing and saw your advertisement. watched for 20 minutes, it was a no brainer. no leaving the house to look at over priced retail. we needed a california king size to drop in our old waterbed frame. could not be happier! i love it when things work out. andy!!!!!!!!!"

"This is a really great mattress. I thought it might take me a little time to get used to it, but I had a great sleep the first night. I woke up without a backache for the first time in several years! ( I purchased a low profile box spring so I would not be up so high and have to "climb" in and out of bed, as I am rather short, and so my fourteen year old cat could make it up and down easily. Low profile box springs are only five to six inches high.) The mattress is also not so deep that my sheets don't fit. Do yourself a favor and order one of these right away."
