"Ordered it for Christmas and it worked great was not great for internet but games and other apps worked great then one day it just wouldnt go past the Android screen and will not turn on past that point."

"I have purchased 5 of these...unfortunately 2 had to be returned as they refused to turn on.
That being said I LOVE this tablet !!! Bought one for myself then hubby then grand kids.
I love watching netflix , playing games and using it as an ereader. It does it all.
The people at work can't believe I paid such a great price!!!
(And I work at a big box store).
Great beginning tablet or for someone like me trying to keep everybody happy and not break the bank.
I would buy again if I need another tablet.

"I purchased two of these tablets for my kids, the tablets did good for the first couple of days then they started not wanting to turn on or off, one of the screens froze up wouldnt cut off i am a first time purchaser and the last i will order from somewhere else.i was VERY UPSET.i got a full refund"

"I haven't had it a month yet, and the screen is cracked and it won't even turn on. I can't get it past the initial startup. Yes, it is fully charged. When you contact the manufacturer for assistance, all they do is tell you to ship it to them, they don't even bother troubleshooting. I'm probably going to ship it back for a refund. I'm sorry I bothered."

"I ordered this latte ice two weeks ago.It wouldn't come on for no more than a few seconds.I charged it and nothing happened. I purchased the same machine several months ago from another place and it works extremely well. I wanted another one-had to send this one back.Will continue to look on shopnbc for better reviews and consider another buy."

"I purchased a Latte Ice 7 Tablet in November 2012. The power button sticks and I am now unable to power up the tablet. I have attempted to contact Latte Global by phone and by email at least 5 times since Jan 22, 2013 with no response."

"I have had the tablet 1 week and the display stopped working. I did my research on this product and it had the best specifications but I didn't believe the reviews. There is not readily available information on the internet about the manufacture. Lack on information on the product makes it hard to troubleshoot. I am sending it back and hoping for something else. For the week I did have it working I love it."

"I could download games, apps, e-books with a decent speed. I could play games and access my e-mail, but could not open up the e-books no matter what format I tried. Contacted Latte Global Support several times with NO responses, so I had to return for a refund. NO instructions come with this item. If you can figure it out on your own, you might like it. But, No one in my home (with several iphones) could figure it out and customer support at Latte was USELESS. VERY DISAPPOINTED!"

"I have gone through two of these systems to have them both stop working on my within two to three weeks. I waiting longer to receive the item then I did getting it set up to use it before it would stop working for me. After the second one would not turn on for me I am returning it and looking for another product all together. Very dissappointed."
