"I purchased this t.v. to replace my old (and heavy) 32' tube t.v. I read previous reviews regarding an issue with putting together the stand for the t.v Knowing this, I made sure I read the directions first. The directions that are included in the box are made for more than one model of this t.v. Once your specific model is identified, the instructions are clear. The picture and sound is great without the HDMI cable, but I'm sure a HD device will only enhance the experience of watching and listening. The intellisense is also pretty cool. I tried it out on both sound and picture and it does adjust to its surroundings as described."

"First I must say I have been shopping with shop NBC for about 6 years now and I'm a very satisfied customer.I ordered this television after seeing it advertised for about an week and for the value deal you can't beat the price.I bordered 2 of the 32" LG last year and was so pleased with the picture and sound I gave my son the 32" out of my bedroom and replaced it with this 42".thanks shopnbc for the value pay options it's a life saver."

"I am very pleased with my purchase. I already owned a 32" LG but not high def the picture is amazing and the sound is much better than anticipated. The only thing lacking that my 32 has is a better selection of inputs and outputs. But a wonderful TV"

"I just recently purchased this tv because my daughters got their first apartment after college and took ours with them. This television was a great upgrade and the 1080p is beautiful. I will never purchase a tv with less than 1080p.. I love this television and the color is gorgeous."
