"Great on shipping and recieving. Downloading went well, but once I got to the purchasing from Itunes, that's where my anger management kicked in. It would not let me get into itune. It kept asking me for secret questions, and I could not get in. I called Apple, and they told me to get to itune's. Well, I Called, emailed, telegraphed, and used a smoked signal, for itune's to respond, and nothing. Finally on the 3rd day, I got emailed with instructions. Well the instructions got me back to step one. Hey, that was enough. I currently have two ipad 2's, before this New ipad, and I had no problems with them. I returned the New ipad back to ShopNBC. ShopNBC gave me no trouble towards my refund. I recieved my refund very fast. Thank you ShopNBC"

"I had to end up returning it. 1) the only directions included were to start pad up and follow instructions; 2) never could get it to accept my (well-known) wireless no matter how many times I changed my password to insure it was being correctly entered!! 3) since I could not get into internet, I could not get any further instructions on how to navigate/operate the unit; 4) Lastly, tried going to Vendor site in net to get info - they needed a Serial Number before I could be assisted - could not find any info with S/N nor was there any such number on back of unit.
So, obviously, cannot give it a great rating (also wasn't happy to learn, while looking for S/N, that it is MADE IN CHINA even though an American Company)."

"i got this for my handicapped daughter to use for reading support and writing. well in a matter of three days she is not just doing reading and writing she is on utube and music and rocking out. she learned intuitively as I am still reading about how to use it. it is a wondrous thing to see a 12 year old with downs syndrome totally independently using and enjoying this without much in the way of reading skills and poor speech she is communicating with her sis and others in her class. I know after looking at her that there is hope for me to learn as well. if I ever get to use it. the cover that comes with it is good and easy to use. ranking it just short of perfect but it is pretty close to perfect."

"This has very limited service. Microsoft programs don't run on this as I was told they would. You can't plug in a memory stick. You can't use Adobe Flash on this system or other programs needed to function as a grad student. Basically this is a giant iPod with fancy features. It is a great toy but useless in the business world and in educational settings. They need to get with the program and seriously improve the ability to use commonly used programs on desk top computers."

"I've tried three I pads before and I sent all of them back,but I can't put this one down, I have not use my lab top since I got my I Pad, downing photoes is great, looking up the news, sport, down loading music, it's fast. I hate i cant get microsoft word or internet exp. I call service and they were great. It cost a lot but I think I will keep it.Sometime you loose your frame and has to start all over again."
