"I happened to purchase the Fuji SL260 while flipping channels on evening. I'm not a camera guy, but I thought I take a chance based upon the price. All I can say is "WOW', OMG!!! I've seen other cameras that are smaller, but I like the feel of a bigger camera. The Fuji fits fine. When I received it, I took some ramdom photos. They came out so clear. I was speachless. I zoomed in on a sail boat that was pretty fair away. The picture was so crisp that you could see the numbers on the sail and the side of the boat. The 26X Zoom does not distort the image.
I've never owned a SLR camera before this one. I love it. I can't wait until tomorrow to take some more photos. Fu (stop) Fu, Fu, Fu, Fu. Snap it Fuji-Style!!!!"

"This is a great camera. I waited to find a camera with a view finder as I don't seem to stand still using a point and shoot - a little motion can fuzzy up a snapshot. I am not an expert but the longer I have this the more confident I become. Have used at a birthday party for a lot of people, some of my flowers, and of course, my pets - really is fun - a wonderful new interest for not a whole lot of money - thanks Fuji and ShopNBC!"

"I am in love with this camera. Since I bought it in November, I have taken it on trips to Hawaii and Arizona.
The sunrise/sunset pictures have breathtaking color.
Closeup of flowers have incredible detail. I highly recommend this camera. I am looking forward to learning and using more of the features the camera is capable of, of which the possibilities seem to be endless."

"At age 77 I have had/still have many cameras, this is the best yet. The different functions all working perfectly still amazes me for the cost. This may sound funny, taking pics in front room with/without flash showed me the sensitivity of camera. Comes with a rechargable battery using a plug in module, also best I've seen. Every part of this camera from a well known camera manufacturer would take forever to tell how well it all works."

"As a novice I shouldn't be allowed to review cameras. However this is my first real camera as an adult & I must say this thing really fits the bill. I can shoot from any angle & in any type of lighting situation. Although it is kind of big and clunky, the strap that goes around my neck is perfect. And it came with an SD card. What a value."

"So far, I really love the camera. I have a little point and shoot camera which is great, but I love this one because of the view finder, and the 26x zoom!. Most of the other features are similar to my point and shoot so it has been easy to learn how to use it. I will be taking it on a cruise in January, so I guess that will be the real test. All in all, this was a great value and the camera itself is wonderful. A friend wanted it after I showed it to her, but it was sold out on Shopnbc. I looked around but could not find another deal that was even close to this one."

"I am really enjoying my Fuji camera. It is so easy to work! Pictures are so clear and crisp....I took videos and they were smooth and the sound was so clear. I purchased this Fuji camera because I wore out my last Fuji camera using it for the last 7 years! I also wanted to upgrade from it to all the new things on it especially the Panaramic pictures it does. I would highly recommend this for you to purchase!"

"What a super easy camera to use. Great pictures. I was a little afraid because I am not good with a point and shoot, this little camera made it easy even for me. The zoom is terrfic and so is the panarama. All my SLR friends said I got a really super buy."

"i got it on the once only price and it was a steal, at first you think its nothing special but once you work with it youll find out a lot of nice options, the only con is the handbook not so informative other than that, it is an awsome camera"

"This camera is easy to use. The only problem was this: It came with a defective SD card. I tested the 1st four shots which came out fine, and didn't think anything of it. We used the camera for my birthday party and took at least a hundred pictures. When I tried to print them out for my guests, I could only print the 1st four that were taken. I called Fuji who gave me a number to a recovery website who wanted $500 to correct the SD card. Of course this was out of the question. The camera works with a different SD card."

"I took the camera down to the beach the other day and got some great close up shots of the whales. With practice I will only get better and better. A stabilizer or tripod would of helped as some pics were a bit fuzzy, but for the most part the pictures were far superior to my old cannon."
