"When I received this comforter set, I was instantly disappointed. It wasn't anywhere near as nice as it appeared on TV demo. I was deciding whether to return or not, because afterall, the price was so low (but you get what you pay for) Because of serious illness/death in our family at that time, by time I decided to return it 30+days passed and I wasn't aware that was the return policy (too short). After laundering, the comforter and shams came out looking awful, fabric so cheap in appearance, so wrinkled. Shams especially have no body the bed, it looks sloppy and frumpy...it's obvious the lines are of poor quality. Since I wasn't able to even exchange the item, I'm donating to charity. I won't be ordering linens again without seeing in person."

"I bought the Westbrooke 12pc Comforter Set and I am quite pleased with my purchase. I have divided the ensemble between two bedroom and have received compliments pertaining to both of the rooms. I consider my purchase money very well spent and I love the difference a comforter and accessories can make to a bedroom. I have spent much more on a comforter and matching shams."

"So glad I tuned in to ShopNBC the day this set aired. Quality of material very nice. It's not high end but it's not cheap either. Excellent deal for a 12 pc set under $60!! Love the coverlet and the decorative pillows make my bed look luxurious."

"Bought this bed set as a Christmas Gift for my Grandson.We waited untill he left for work ,then we excitedly started to set open the box it arrived in and the ahs that followed from his mom and I as we took each peice and completed the bed with all peices.The room glowed in candle light and the Bed was center stage when he returned and opened his door,he was struck with the delight of seing his Bed,Awesome was the first of many words ,this must have cost a fortune,little did he know the majic of shopNBC and the Awesome merchandise one can purchase with VALUE PAY so we can purchase the bbest of products at low cost and return policy you cant beat.Thank you for 10 years of thank yous i have had with shopNBC.Muncika Lakehurst,N.J"

"Originally we purchased only 1, the burgundy, my wife loved it so much and I have to admit that it looks good in our bedroom. There were 2 other colors the set came in but they sold out before the sales hour was over. I was patient because I knew that shopnbc would get a few more for sale. So I decided to surprise my wife and today the ups guy delivered the other 2 color sets. Hay, happy wife, happy life. And everyone's happy in this house!!!"

"This is a lovely set which has worked extremely well in my master bedroom. I am very pleased with the quality of all the items and how well they complement each other. I am especially pleased with the generous size of the king size comforter which I do not find to be common in bedding. The only thing that could improve this set in any way would be if there were a variety of sizes of window treatments available to match. Would most definitely buy this line again."

"This was not at all what I had THOUGHT I had heard. I thought there was a sheet set with this. Nope.. I thought it said something about curtains... Nope
Insted there was a throw blanket that was so think I could spit throough it, and it was not in the patern of the comforter. Also, the comforter was made of a material that would slide off the bed too easily. That was the reason I was buying a new one too begin with. Mine does that. Also, I love the idea of 12 peices, but not when the majority was throw pillows..

"Quality was very good, coloring as expected, guest room looks like a model room out of a catalog and could not be any happier. Got the matching curtains to finish it off. All the extra pillows look great on bed and chairs in the room. I like to just walk in to see how nice it looks now."
