"This is a very nice pan, however I returned it. I did not realize that the same pan was included in the 14 piece set that I bought ast the same time. The service rep asked if I wanted this pan, and, not realizing it would be a duplicate, I purchased it also. Love the set, just did not need two of the same thing."

"I purchased this pan to accompany the larger set. The pan is great for just about anything you would want to cook, and since it matches the set perfectly it was a smart purchase. Again, as I said about the set the only issue I have discovered is it very hard to cook fried potatoes in the skillets even on a low temp. But my overall review is the pan and the larger set are great products."

"Great pan! Quality pan.....and love that it came with the lid. This replaces a larger, much heavier pan that I found too cumbersome to clean as it was very heavy. This pan is good for everyday use. "I invested in a very expensive set of hard anodized cookware about 10 years ago, and forgot that it had to be hand washed. I ruined almost every piece, and have been cooking with it for the last year. When I saw the stainless cookware set on sale after Christmas, I thought, "Why not? This would be a great time to switch to stainless and get new cookware." I bought this pan as an add-on to my large stainless cookware set, and I'm SO glad I did, because it has become my go-to pan! When I received it, I was completely amazed that the quality is so exceptional. The Belgique stainless cookware is substantial and very well made, and the great thing is, each piece is not heavy! I have used my cookware for the last month, and I really like it. Admittedly, the hard anodized is easier to clean (I also bought a set of the Belgique Hard Anodized with this one so that I have both), but there's nothing better than using stainless if you want to brown chicken or pork chops! Cleanup is easy too. Right after cooking, either rinse the pan in really hot water and use a little "Bon Ami," or add a little water and vinegar to the pan and bring to a simmer (anything that is stuck to the pan will melt right off, and the pans will be sparking clean!). NOTE: When adding salt to your stainless pans as you cook, only do so once the food has started cooking. If you add salt before you add the food, it will damage the stainless surface. For example, if you are boiling water to cook pasta, do not add the salt to the water beforehand. Wait until the water comes to a boil, add the pasta, and THEN add the salt."
