"We recently purchased a new, high-end memory foam mattress. It was very supportive, but too hard. This makes the difference. The topper is thick and fluffy, and doesn't flatten out when you sleep on it. The stretchy skirt holds it in place perfectly. Our bed is now wonderfully comfortable, and the price was excellent!."

"I ABSOLUTELY love this mattress topper. It is so soft and comfy. When I first saw the packaging, I thought, this thing is going to me a flat mess. HOLA!!!! But when I opened the package and the topper fluffed up, I was estactic.
I have a very nice mattress, a luxury down-topper, medium firm, but sometimes I need to feel like I'm in heaven. This topper certainly fits that mold. I love it's softness. And the sqaures are placed in the right places for my body. The pillowy squares rest under my legs, eliminating the extra pillow I used sometimes. And the material feels very satiny and luxurioust. Thank you for suggesting this mattress topper on the ShopNBC Channel."

"After using this topper for a couple of months it became ripped in the seams in several places near the top. I hadn't even washed/dryed it yet. This zoned mattress is unable to be turned. It can only be put on in one direction.. So I cannot tturn these rips to the bottom of the bed. This is a big disappointment. The extra loft from the padding made the bed much more comfortable."

"Got it, put it on the bed and it's just what i needed. The zones keep the cush in place. I already had a pillow top but this gives me the added support so softly, that i needed behind my knees and all the way up. Great price for great comfort."

"I wish I did not purchase this topper! After I unfolded my king size topper in a rather small bag it was a task to get it unlumped. I had to take it off after trying to unlump it for days. Sad, I thought it looked comfortable on tv, its anything but!!!!!!"

"I purchased a new mattress last year and the plain topper that I was using was fine but I wanted a new one with water & stain protection. When I saw this one from North Shore Linens it had what I wanted & sounded so comfy I thought why not. The first week was not all love but after the topper settled a bit and the lumps flattened out it was great. The topper is now very comfortable & soft and still supports my bad back. I look forward to getting in bed every night. I would recommend to anyone looking to add a little more comfort to their bedding with the plus of the water & stain resistance. You can't beat this price anywhere, I know I looked."

"This is the second topper that I have purchased from ShopNBC and I am always very pleased with their quality and prices. I previously had the other style topper (also w/ the nano-tex stain resistant finish.) I decided to give this topper a try because I liked the design of the several individual stuffed zones.I find that this topper fits my mattress very firmly without any shifting. It also remains very firm even after several weeks of already sleeping on it. This design really keeps the topper from getting flat! I do like the firmness while sleeping on my back but I'm still getting adjusted to this while sleeping on my side.I only gave 4 stars because the cotton used is a bit stiff feeling and the all around bottom elastic is not as nice & stretchy as on my previous topper. I can not comment on the washing/drying because I have a small wash machine and find it easier to just replace with a new one instead of washing. I dont want to take any changes with it tearing apart at the seams as some customers have experienced."

"this is my third mattress topper to ever buy. I wasn't too happy with the first to that I bought from department stores. this 1 came shipped and I small bag, and I was thinking yeah I'll right this one's not going to get be good either. but when I open the inside bag that it was vacuum packed in. it popped out of the bag like an inflatable life raft! it was huge! I put it on my bed 2 weeks ago and I love it! it's everything they said it would be! I'm telling you if you're looking for a mattress pad this is the 1!"
