"IVE SEEN THIS HALSTON LAMP AND IT HAS FOUR BEAUTIFUL COLORS AND MANY DIFFERENT PIECES TO MAKE THIS LAMP COME ALIVE. I PARTICULARLY LIKE THAT THE BASE CAN BE USED AS A NIGHT LITE AND THE LAMP ITSELF CAN HAVE BOTH LIGHTS ON OR JUST ONE ON. THE COLORS ARE FABULOUS AND SO FAR I HAVE 2 AND WOULD LIKE ANOTHER IN A DIFFERENT COLOR. GREAT LAMP!"

"I do love the lamp but when I saw it on TV I did think it had much more burgundy in it. Plus wish the on/off switch would of gone thru a lights on step. (top only, bottom only, both.)

"glass is called art glass, whatever you call it it looks and feels like plastic.
the solder you can not see, dont know how the pieces are held together, solder lines are paint, like gallery glass.you can actually pull it off it you so choose to do so.
metal, i have not found any yet, it is all resin.
shade is so shakey, you can not get it to stay still moves with every move in the area.
do not get up close to this light you can see the bad workmanship immediately, from a distance it looks okay. checked online and found the exact same light exact same manufacturing company with prices ranging from $180. upwards of $310. they were all described the same as shopnbc.com. i ordered two and to return them would have cost alot to ship and i do like them from a distance and to replace them by purchasing somewhere else would have rendered the same results."

"I have a small stained glass workshop myself, but when I see something as beautiful as this lamp, I am happy to BUY instead of MAKE.. The lamp is even larger than I had anticipated, puts out a LOT of light in a place that very much needed it, and I am very happy to have it! You sell many stained glass lighting items that can't be found easily, if at all, and the price is great. Also, the shipping was prompt, and packaging was excellent - no broken anything. Thank you for have all these wonderful items that are so easy to get!!"
