"Newer touched a sewing machine in my life, but for my birthday this year my husband bought me this little sewing machine and I could not be happier with it. Had to watch the video a few times and was so impressed with how easy it is to use. I love all the accessories that come with it and I am looking for sewing projects. Initially it was in the box for a few weeks before I even pulled it out because I was so intimidated by it, but now I am so comfortable with using it. Initially a few things confused me, like the thread just pulled out of the needle and I had some difficulty rethreading it, but I did it! Also, my girlfriend who is a sewer came over to give me some pointers and she loved it too. She is going to buy one for her daughter so that her daughter doesn't use her expensive machine and yet, my little machine does so much she stated, that her machine does. I am so impressed with this little sewing machine and also with myself for having learned to finally sew. you can't go wrong with buying this little machine ... all the features are included and then some. Love having the extra buttons and the spools of thread in various colors, the scissors, the extra needles, etc. etc. Well worth the money and I love the convenience of having this sewing machine for those unexpected mending repairs that we all come across from time to time."

"I tried to love this machine....couldn't even LIKE it...Daughter bought this for me for Mother's Day and I was ready to work the runway with it for my granddaughter's clothes....took days to loop the bobbin even after looking up videos on YouTube...then the tension was impossible to hold at any number on any stitch...great idea at a great price, just too high maintenance and too touchy a machine to keep trying to please...Had to pay shipping to return on my daughter's card, which was a kicker for her...Really wanted this to work out and gave it plenty of time for the ins and outs...RATS"

"I like it and I don't like it. I like it because it was cheap and I don't like it because it is cheap. I think I bought it for the wrong reasons to take in some of my jeans in the waist but the lever doesn't lift up far enough for some of the thicker jeans. I was spending a small fortune at the dry cleaners to have my pants/jeans altered so I purchased this machine to save myself some money on that process."

"I cannot get this to sew, it's off a bit & the needle keeps hitting the plastic bottom and not into the clothes. maybe im doing something wrong, but this is more of a problem than a solution for me."

"i purchased this sewing machine for my daughter who is 11 years old. She took an Arts and Craft workshop in school and fell in love with the art of sewing. This sewing machine is the perfect purchase for her. It is easy to use, smal enough for her to manage, yet it performs like a full size sewing machine. The instructions were easy to follow and the extra bobbins and threads made it convient to use right away. The design world will be calling my baby once she masters this machine!!!!"

"Trust me, I am not a seamstress! But on occasion, I need to mend a seam or create something easy -- so no need to spend hundreds of dollars on a sewing machine. Saw this one on your show and couldn't believe my eyes! It is PERFECT for my needs and who knows? I might even get a little more creative now that I have it. With 12 stitches including buttonholes, I could become a seamstress yet! Cute, lightweight, and very efficient. EXCELLENT price! I've shown it to three friends and each one has rushed to your website to buy one for themselves or their kids. So glad I stayed up late that night and watched SNBC. Thanks!"

"This little guy came in handy when I needed to mend my granddaughter's zipper. It does the job. I wouldn't recommend this sewing machine for a seamstress, but for the quick fix, it's ok."

"This is a fantastic sewing machine, I am just a beginner, but it really does a great job of sewing...it comes pre threaded, all you do is plug it in and start sewing....so glad I got this....comes very well packaged, and the extra sewing supplies, has all you need for quite awhile, pre threaded bobbins, about 14 in the kit plus the one already in the machine...plus it came with a sample piece of cloth to test the machine out....the foot pedal, the light, all the stitches at the turn of a knob....it is lightweight, which makes it easier to move around...and it's made by sunbeam......all this for such a low price!! it is a Bargain!!!"

"What a bargain! For little money I now have a workhorse of a sewing machine. It's basic with 12 stitches, including a buttonhole. Easy to thread, has a work light and a easy use bobbin. Also comes with a 100 piece sewing kit which has extra bobbins already filled with thread and many useful everyday sewing items. I would buy it again!"

"I am very pleased with this cute little sewing machine. I have only used it to test it out and haven't made anything with it yet. But everything on the machine worked great. I was very happy with all the things that came with the machine. I think those things were worth the price of the machine by themselves. I think as long as you don't expect it to sew like a full sized expensive sewing machine, you won't be disappointed. I am very happy with this purchase, I think it is a great buy. Who would think you could buy a sewing machine for this price, and it isn't a toy, but an actual working sewing machine!!"
