"This is a great little exerciser, not because it does everything but it does what it does really well. It is so easy, quiet so you can watch TV and workout with no headphones or special set-up, and it feels great to be on it! I am reminded of when I was a little girl and loved to swing (still do actually), it is a pleasure to get on and start moving. On days when I can't get to the gym, which is most days, this machine gives me a very decent workout at home, and because I enjoy being on it, I am motivated to get on it, even when I only have a few minutes to just get moving and limber up. And it's easy on my knees!"

"I have always done some kind of exercise. Now as a senior senior I needed some way to continue exercising. This is perfect. I can take care of strengthening my hips, heart, and legs while holding on to the handle bars, and no impact on my feet, etc. This product is well made, easy to assemble, even attractive enough to keep it anywhere in the house where it is convenient, By the way, I am 80 years old and am so happy to find a way to keep exercising."

"Love it , love it, love it. It's quiet so I can watch TV or read instead of sitting during the day. I do have one problem, the meter keeps re-setting its self, going to zero. I watch the clock but it would be nice to keep track of the calories burned. It has become a regular part of my routine and I feel great after just 2 weeks. It rains a lot here in Oregon but now there is no excuse not to exercise."

"It is very well built. But I dont like it because the front & backwards motion is not much of a workout. The side to side is. I think its too much money for what it is. I'd rather spend more money & get an eliptical or go back to a treadmill, where I can control the speed & incline & get a good sweat."

"Didn't expect so many parts to have to assemble though it was easy enough to put together, just took about 45 min. or so. Nice way to exercise - no pressure on joints. 20 min seems to fly by. Hoping I make this part of a regular routine. Not so easy to move around when not in use; wish it would fold flat. Overall ok."

"I am older and don't get out to walk as much as I used to due to weather and not always feeling safe. I put this up in the corner in my living room and when I go in to watch TV I step on the machine a walk. I have also found it works better than walking because I have a bad knee and I don't have to move my knee joint to walk on the machine. One of my better purchases and so not like "exercising" just watchingTV."

"Saw Suzanne demonstrating, watched a few minutes, called to ask about assembly and ordered. I started slow about 3 weeks ago since I haven't used equipment in awhile. Love it. Easy to use, you feel it and I have to say I got on the scale and shocked to see I have lost 7 pounds. Believe me I will continue to use to see what happens when I include with WW. "I ordered this for a different reason than the other reviewers. I have a very stressful job and overwhelming family responsibilities. I was taking antidepressants with minimal results. I heard that exercise boosts endorphins and mood, so I decided to try Suzanne's machine for that purpose. Like, WOW ! ! ! I am enjoying the exercise and it has GREATLY improved my mood, outlook and energy level. "I love the thigh trainer. It not only works the thighs, it works other muscles also. The guide that comes with it is very easy to understand and after only a couple of weeks I see results. I have also had lots of people ask me what I was doing to lose weight. It is not an over sized piece so I keep it sitting in my living room area. This makes it more accessible to use. I love using it several times a day!"

"I suffer from fibromyalgia so I can''t do a high impact work out. I have to build up to a good workout. This machine works perfectly. I can use even when I am in pain and use it and control what I do. I know that this winter I will use it even more because I won't be able to walk outside in the cold and snow. "Received product today. My husband assembled...said it took about an hour. I hopped on and was surprised at how sturdy and quiet it was. Tried out several moves and decided that I would be very happy with this product. I am 5'9" tall and was concerned that I would feel too tall but that is not the case at all. "It is great! I have always been the type of woman that takes care of myself from head to toe walk out the front door always looking put together, I am a 47 year old single mother of 2 beautiful daughters which are 4 and 9 years of age. “I know crazy, I started late but so well worth it!” When I purchased this item they both were so excited because it’s something we all use. We are not by any means overweight at all, I just wanted something to tone my legs and my girls love it. I truly enjoy the fact that they are active as well, It’s so funny to watch my 4yr old use this it’s truly amazing to watch her go. I think they get more use out of it then I do, actually I know they do and I love it.

"I am really enjoying using this piece of exercise equipment. It's fun and I can do it while watching my favorite programs and I don't even feel like I'm exercising at all. My only difficulty was in the assembly. There were alot of parts and it took quite some time to figure it out. It was not easy to assemble!"
