"The previous reviews are correct. Owning this product for less than a year and it stopped working properly. I contacted the silk n website when I first received the product and they told me the battery life should be 5 years with normal use."

"I bought this device because I could use in the undereye area. I barely used it 15 times since I got it and now the device will not charge at all. If the device does not even last a year it is way too overpriced. So now I have this device that will not charge at all. USELESS!!! Send it back while you can get your money back!"

"When I bought unit I was very pleased.
At first I could do 3 treatments before it needed to be recharged. After a month or so I could do only 2 treatments before it needed recharging. I bought this ten months ago.
Last time I used it I could not even get 1 complete treatment before it stopped working. Went back to what i was using before I purchased this. I will call company and let you know about their willingness to assist me."

"Loved this for three months. Now that I have paid it off, it won't hold a charge for more than ten minutes. There is no battery replacement available, and the warranty is only 60 days. But the machine starts losing power after that. Won't even work for the full 20 minutes recommended daily.
PLEASE IMPROVE CHARGING DEVICE > Others have had this problem too. Otherwise, a great machine.

"This product actually works! I have seen a big difference in fine lines around eyes and mouth- I was beginning to have jowls and this has reduced to not very visible (I am hoping with more use they will disappear!) I love the warm feeling and people have commented on how healthy my complexion looks! I am extremely pleased with this product and am very glad I bought it!"

"I really like this products because you see results very quickly BUT after 5 months the machine did not charge anymore! ;(
I called Shopnbc and they told me since was over 30 days I must call the manufacturer since the product has one year warranty. I think it should be taking care by them since I bought it from them.

"After using FaceFX for a little over 3 weeks, I started to see results! I typically do it for 25-30 minutes each day and I find it so simple and easy to use. I definitely notice less wrinkles and that my pores have shrunk!"

"Purchased this product in November 2011 and really liked the way my face feels and looks after use. Went to use it yesterday (05/13/12) and it no longer works!! The light is green when in the charger but when removed to use it is dead. There is no real help with the literature that came with this product....what an expensive mistake!! Now I have to figure out if it can be repaired...and what's this about replacing the battery?? What good is the so-called charger??"

"was going to send this back as after using for 3 weeks saw no change at all, but saw the info again and they said try it for 6 weeks so I kept it and of course passed the 30day return policy. This was a total waste of money

"I didn't get the chance to even use this expensive machine for a week. It broke after twice of using it. I can't say if it actually works or not because I don't know if it will work. It went back this week. I hope they improve the quality of it because it sure is very expensive to have it brake like that. Can't tell you how disappointed I was when it didn't work. I was looking forward to see results. :-("

"Love this product and wouldn't want to be without it! This item does exactly what Kelly says it will. I'm 54 years old and my skin looks better now than when I was in my 20s. I use the Isomers products along with the FX and I am happy to say that I will not need to go under a knife for any procedure. For you ladies that have had problems with the battery, call FX or ShopNBC, but definitely get a replacement. No questions will be asked. My device after 4 months of use had a problem. I called FX and they sent me a new one without any questions. Also please give device a little time to show you the wonderful results you will receive with continuous use. I'm an absolutely satisfied customer with my FaceFX and excited because I too in the beginning wanted to send this back. Glad I didn't ;o)"

"I have been using this for a few months. There is improvement to my skin texture and some reduction in in lines. My two small dark spots became three and spread, although not as dark as before. The engineering for this is not good. I accidentally shut it off every time I use it because the on/off button is in a bad place. The shape makes it a little hard to use on your neck or upper chest. It seems a bit flimsy as well. I always expect it to break every time I use it."

"After 6 sessions, my lines over my lips were gone and after 21 sessions, my 11 lines on my forehead were gone. the lines around my eyes are not noticeable any more except when I smile, which they have always done. My husband is also using this and he looks 10 years younger! The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is that after 29 days, the device would not charge and would not turn on. Sent it back and got a new one delivered and this one works much better than the old one .... the fan cooling it off is more noticeable. Hope it lasts longer than the first one and it should for the price. This is the only device or skin care product that has actually worked to reduce/eliminate those lines and wrinkles on my face. As long as this works, it will keep me away from contemplating cosmetic surgery."

"I have used this for the last 3 weeks every day for 20-25 minutes each. I have seen remarkable results, my skin is smoother, more toned and plump looking. Im 53, don't have wrinkles at all (good genes), but did begin to notice my jawline starting to loose firmless and a "1" beginning to show between the eyes. BOTH the jaw is firmed up and the "1" between my eyes is all but disappeared. I don't do the circles as recommended, I run the device as a slow stroke across the skin. I am in love with this."

"I used this every day for a month and saw absolutely so change whatsoever in my skin. Like another reviewer said, I couldn't justify the price for a possible skin improvement in who knows what amount of time. I had to return."
