"Love the way it has a fine point and easy to apply, but it does NOT stay on near the corner of the inner and outer eye, so I would venture to say it is NOT waterproof.

"If you're like me and feel the liquid pens with a felt tip drag and almost feel too harsh for the delicate eye area, than you need to try this one. The actual brush tip is precise, flexible, and soft. Exactly what I've been looking for. And, the formula doesn't run all over my oily lids. It stays put! A major plus!"

"When I began to use the Eve Pearl line earlier this year I didn't suspect an actual change in my life. It's makeup, right? Just time for me to restock. I heard about her from a reliable source only to find I wasn't able to get it locally anywhere! I began by making purchases from her website when one day I found out (she actually ANSWERED the phone!) that she's also on SHOPNBC.com . 1. If you want to stop buying promises and begin to invest in what actually works, this is the line for you. There's a reason women my age use her products. You'll see :) 2. The prices on SHOPNBC are best.
As for the liner, the above is the best out there. I've purchased them all. This one allows you to have the most control (from a very fine line for unmade up looks only better) to the winged variety. If you can hold a pen, you can use this for eyes that are exquisitely shaped like you like. It's a smooth line, gives time to dry so you don't have to worry about making a mistake you can't take back...but when it dries it's on there for the day & no worries. It's simply perfection. Thank you Eve Pearl, for sharing your discovery. Also learned from her You Tube videos on the how to. Everyone has noticed my new self....and to think...no plastic surgeon, no dermatologist...just take time for Eve Pearl cosmetics to transform me into a best looking self. Grateful!"

"I like this eye liner has staying power and draws a thin line.
I still like a pencil because I can control pencil better than this. When I finished applying Eve Pearl Liquid Eyeliner, I had two lines on my upper lid. Not product faults.
Wish Eve Pearl would do this in a pencil with staying power and draw thin line. Additional colors like mocha brown and dark navy."

"This by far is the best eyeliner I have ever used. Nothing even compares. It goes on effortlessly, absolutely no tugging, takes all of two second to draw a perfect line, with thickness or thinness you desire. No need to reapply to achieve desired intensity. Eyeliner perfection!!!"

"I have tried & failed at using so many liquid liners- just unable to apply correctly which only gets worse with age. I was able to correctly & neatly apply this liner the very first time I tried, which I find to be significant! It stays on most of the day. I just wish all liquid eyeliners were this easy to apply, or that this one came in more colors, like indigo-blue or dark plum, which makes eyes pop."
