Dallas Prince Designs 34" Hematite, London Blue Topaz & White Sapphire Tassel Necklace
This bejeweled tassel lends itself well as the stylish focal point of your outfit. Crafted from polished rhodium plated sterling silver, the necklace has been strung with various faceted 2-4mm black hematite beads. Adding to the drama are three round cut 2mm white sapphires in bead settings, while a round cut 4mm London blue topaz stone, set in a bezel, shines at the top.

"Many manufacturers are doing these tassel necklaces, and many of them are not very tasteful looking. That is not true with this necklace from Dallas Prince. The use of hematite beads creates a very understated elegant look. The beads on the 34 inch necklace itself are larger than the beads on the tassel, and this is how it should be for the necklace to be balanced in appearance. The rhodium silver top with the london blue stone just adds to its' elegance. I ordered the matching earrings as well."

"The beads used for the necklace are MUCH larger than the beads used for the tassels. Giving the necklace is long (34 inches), it makes the necklace looking top heavy. A top heavy necklace looks strange to me. I don’t like it, I am sending it back."

"This necklace, with its exact match earrings, are simply gorgeous. You would not expect hematite to be fashioned in such a lovely way, with so much scintillation - but it does! I placed it next to a black dress and left only a low light on, and still the necklace stood out beautifully, and gave off a dazzle and glow."

"The detailed craftmanship on the enhancer is perfection. I love that I can use it on other necklaces if the mood strikes. The length of the necklace is ideal for doubling as a choker, which I do. The hematite gray looks classy with black, white or gray, and the spark of blue topaz on the enhancer gives you another color option. The white topaz adds sparkle as well, if you want to add diamond earrings. It's a classy, well-made piece."

"I've priced pieces like this in major department stores and have discovered how pricey they were... Admittedly, this does not have scads of diamonds or is fashioned in gold, but the stones and metal that have been used are fine and substitute very well. If you want a big (and expensive) look for a reasonable price, try this necklace!"

"This is a beautiful necklace and I love it, but the 4 stars was for the high price. I noticed this weekend during the Tucson Gem Show that the necklace was sold for under $70, which means the tassel pendant is supposedly worth around $150, and although it's nice, the price point for what it is, is too high. The hematite is very sparkly and the length is perfect. The blue topaz is also hardly noticeable."

"I thought the chain was too small but the pendant was beautiful. However, the lock on the pendant does not stay closed very well. It catches on something and then it unlocks and falls off."

"I've had this necklace for a while but, couldn't quite style it with other jewelry except for small studs. When I saw the matching earrings come out on her latest show~I jumped to order them IMMEDIATLY !
This necklace is perfect as are the many pieces from Dallas I have collected over the years. The quality is impeccable. I'm not a big fan of the "embraced" metals, so I try and look for the real thing. I would rather buy less and have the real thing. And, Dallas tries to minimize the plated metals.
Having the earrings not only completes the look, but I am thinking of thinking of wearing the set to my sons wedding this spring!"

"I bought the matching earrings and gave them the same review - this necklace is SPECTACULAR!! I love that the tassle is an enhancer so that the chain can be work without it or with other pendants. This piece matches any spinel jewelry perfectly. It's not too heavy and you can just 'feel' the quality when holding it - what a wonderful piece of jewelry!"

"This is a beautiful piece with or without the tassel, so it's especially nice that it's an enhancer. Unfortunately for me, the length was too long as it came, and too short doubled (ended up falling under the neckline of my tops). If you're taller, (over 5'4") this would be perfect. Love the hematite faceted!"
