"The stone is very large and the ring fits great but the stone on tv was. Beautiful and my stone has very little glow. It almost looks like I picked a rock up outside shined it up and set it myself.."

"The Color and movement of color in this ring is unbelievable. I was not sure about the labradorite, I was afraid it was going to be a flat grey, now that I own a piece, I love it and can't wait to show it off."

"I just received my ring today and it is gorgeous! It looks as if there is a light in it and it glows hues of blue, green, gray and has natural viens going through it . It looks like natures art and a science project all at once. I got a good one!!!"

"Had been eyeing this ring for quite sometime so decide to get during gem week.. first impression was the stone was amazing but when i put it on the setting was off centered. Also the sterling part looked very cheap. Wish they would put more of these gorgeous stones in a copper setting. After looking at my returns on my account I noticed tht the majority of things sent back came from the Gem Insiders line of jewelry. So don't think i will be ordering from Paul anymore. Its not the stones but the cheap settings they are in.. the stone was gorgeous though.."

"stone is not very secure on the setting, it moves, however the stone itself is very nice, labradorecence shows very well.....what I could not belive is that JTV had the same ring for $10.00 less....the same setting, stone, metal and lower price, Why?, how come? it left a bad taste in my mouth if you know what I mean..."

"I was really excited about getting this ring. On TV, it was absolutely beautiful - unfortunately, what I received didn’t look anything like the ring they showed on air. It had none of the color, none of the luminosity, in short - on TV, they showed what it was supposed to look like but shipped me what I would describe as bottom of the barrel. Returned same day as I received it. This was my first Gem Insider purchase, doubt I will purchase from this brand again."

"I love to watch the Gem Insider show because Paul Deazy is very knowledgeable about gemstone. But his product most of the time is of low quality. Take this ring for example. On TV it has strong fluorescence; even the show host commented about it. The ring that I received had a sparkle of the size of two small ants, the rest of the stone is of a dull brown. The surface of the stone was spotted with glue, I guess from what they use to glue the stone to the setting. I hope Paul improves the quality of his products soon."

"I was sooo disappointed. The first ring had a large white spot in the middle of the stone. i tried a second one and it was worse than the first. Im so tired of wasting $$ on non ref shipping charges when items are defective or mis represented. Its insulting not to mention expensive. Guess I better start shopping elsewhere."

"I went up a half size and purchased a size 9 of this ring so that I could wear it on both hands (different fingers). Ladies, WOW what a gorgeous piece! It fits well on any finger and is very comfortable. I've worn it to work, while doing laundry, cooking (I should have taken it off but forgot to), while replacing tiles in the living room... .need I continue?
This is my go-to piece before heading out of the apartment regardless of whether or not it matches what I'm wearing. I love looking down at it and seeing the flashes of color from deep, within the stone.
**PLEASE**, please, please, please bring other pieces in this uber-gorgeous stone."

"The setting was actually quite pretty... the stone not only lacked color but the blemishs although natural really caused the stone to be ugly!.....should not have been sent to begin with....at the price did not expect a first class stone but this one should have been rejected if not by Paul then by someone involved with the item...considering that Paul stresses "color" value this item was more than a disappointment and I tried twice to receive an acceptable one."
