"At 55, i wanted something less stressful. These are great. Although I walk a lot, these give a great workout, and it is easy. I started with 10 minutes, and worked my way up and learned the cardio routine. I love it! I feel so much better! My knees are feeling much less stiff. I feel as if I am losing some weight as well. I have been using the cardio for two weeks of so now. Anyone wanting to do some excercise without feeling they are overdoing, get these! She inspires you to want to "let you body move" The music is so peaceful. I am so glad I ordered these, and highly, highly reccommend anyone to give them a try. You won't be sorry. It can be as easy as you want it to be, and you feel so much better when you have worked out with one of these videos."

"Just as I thought, when I first seen these videos I was excited and sure that it could help me and my mom. We are so not people that do much of anything. Mirabai really knows how to work a person that has been out of the excersise market for a while. I love it. It seems like it's not going to be much of a work-out but it ends up fabulous. Don't hesitate, buy it. You'll love it!!!"

"I'm really loving these Dvds! I've already noticed a change in my muscle tone. What I really like is that they are easy to follow and don't make me worry that I might injure myself... Mirabai is like having your own personal trainer who motivates you by making exercise fun and never boring/"
