"Not only are they great for exercise at any age (I'm sixty-two), but using the tungsten tip they were great for getting around during all the snow, and ice we have had this winter.
Good product, and well made."

"I was actually introduced to Nordic walking a couple of years ago when living in Denmark. I am so happy to find these poles and they are wonderful indeed! They adjust easily and are very comfortable to use and make a big difference in walking speed and workload without undue strain. I liked these so much I mentioned them to a training client and she purchased them and loves them too. Please bring them back so I can refer more people to purchase them!!"

"I ordered the Keen Fit Walking Poles Sept. 30 and received them within a week. I am very pleased with them.The instructions are simple and the poles are easy to adjust. The tips are rubber, so they do not make noise when I walk. Keen Fit poles are the best. Reviews on (other poles) were that they make a loud clacking every time they touch the ground and many have no height adjustments. It took me about 2 days to get coordinated and then, I took off. They really help with my balance and I alternate just walking and then, using my upper-body/arms to push-off with each step. It takes me 15 minutes to walk a mile. I walk 1-2 miles, 3-4 days a week.

"I used to walk a mile every day and my knees hurt so much but with my keen fit walking poles I walk at least 3 miles each day without no pain and I've also lost 10 lbs. I love them!!"

"I’ve been a runner for 30 years. I’m now 64 and my body is giving me pain all over well running. I saw the poles on Shop NBC and thought it might be the answer to my pain. Boy “o” Boy it has made me feel like a runner again, I can get a runners “high” with the poles with out the pain!!! I would highly recommend you trying out the Keenfit walking poles
